Shikoku’s Higashi-Kagawa City is a major glove
manufacturing center, with a 120-year history in
the industry and a 90% share of the domestic
market. Ruboa co., ltd. began here as a glove
manufacturer in 1961, and has since evolved into
one of Shikoku’s top leather goods and accessories
